Fitness for Women

One of the things that many women overlook when it comes to weight loss is that we tend to NEVER get enough exercise. I know when I was struggling with weight issues I rarely exercised and even though I was having some success with the Medifast plan, I could have done so much better if I just got out and walked a little bit.

I know the first thing out of your mouth is going to be “but I’m too busy” or “but I hate exercise”, well me too on both accounts, plus now I’m working on this weight loss blog during my “free” time, but I still find time to exercise because I know it’s the right thing to do for both my weight and for my overall cardiovascular health.

Exercise doesn’t have to be spending hours on a dull treadmill watching weight pushing meatheads grunt in to the mirror, take a walk in the park or chase your kids around. Play fetch with your dog or go on a hiking trail. There are literally thousands of ways to get exercise quickly and easily, and without falling in to the same old exercise rut.
